If the packing isnot opened and it is in half a month after ordering, we will full refund to you without any
reason; If it is in three months, we will refund you 80% of total; If it is in six months, we will refund you 60%
of total. If it is in one year, we will refund you 20% of total. If it is after one year, only exchanging items is
acceptable.

If the packing of the dental products are opened before wearing, it cannot be returned, because it cannot
be available again.
